Abstract


As we all know , the modern economy is the globalization of the economy , especially in the last two decades , with the growing volume of trade between countries , between countries in economic interdependence degree of increasing , thus the huge changes to the competitive environment of the enterprise companies facing global competition, corporate management is also facing new challenges. Globalization, the integration of the economic environment , triggering a rapid transformation of the traditional industrial economy to a knowledge and information - based economy . Enterprise Resource Management Plan ERP is an important part of information management technologies , VT companies , due to the structure of the historical and cultural reasons as well as the implementation of the scale , the worldwide ERP system planning and implementation , is a large and complex tasks. This paper fully integrated VT company ERP system implementation of the actual situation , the demand for information systems analysis of the problems and the company's management of legacy systems , summarizes VT companies worldwide ERP planning and implementation process , and according to the information system theory , put forward the solution of this thesis is divided into four chapters . The first chapter is the introduction , a brief introduction to the research objectives and significance of research methods and ideas . Chapter II were described in detail on the basic situation of the company and the ERP status quo , while in-depth analysis of the ERP system problems and business management ERP system . The third chapter focuses on VT 's global ERP system planning and goal . The fourth chapter describes the management of VT 's global ERP implementation , and summarizes the problems encountered in the ERP implementation process and the corresponding solution .
