Abstract


The legal significance of this paper follows years of hospital registration fee , reveals the legal property direct effect on the doctor-patient relationship , in the market economy environment , has a contract deposit and repayment of debt required to pay the registration fee . Special needs registration fee with the law of equivalent exchange property , reasonable unreasonable exist , should be phased out . The registration fee should be reasonable in the medical services , the pricing should be accounted for in accordance with the cost structure to improve the registration fee , should be included in the cost of medical services incidental damages insurance money . The innovation of this paper is to : sort out the hospital registration fee legal property on the basis of the protection of the doctor-patient relationship , medical injury insurance included in the argument of the registration fee reform of the health risk of damage and compensation even doctor-patient relationship The harmonious social reality .
