Abstract


Railway vehicle manufacturing companies in the face of huge market opportunities , to achieve leapfrog development , bigger and stronger strategic objectives , must be fundamentally enhance the level of production and operation management . Production planning aspects of the manufacturing enterprise production management , application of ERP production planning management , even for the integrated management of all the business of the enterprise is an important way to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise . Based ERP theory , and the combination of experience and understanding of enterprises to implement ERP project obtained during the manufacture of railway from ERP architecture theory , study the production plan in the application program and the implementation of the ERP implementation process . This article through specific case studies and practical application of data , the overall architecture of ERP production planning applications , business processes , production planning , production planning process , the key issues in the production data maintenance configuration, and the application process processing aspects discussed in the main , ERP implementation methods also do a targeted introduction . ERP complete theoretical architecture not only embodies the combined railway vehicle manufacturing industry production characteristics of some special usage key link in the process of ERP applications , and achieved good results in the practical application of the process . The authors hope by the railway vehicle manufacturing enterprise production planning ERP application research , and explore the production management characteristics of a suitable rail manufacturing enterprise ERP application , and thus able to learn from similar enterprises many eager application of ERP , the effective mode of reference .
