Abstract


Commercial bills is not a long time applications in the automotive industry in China, due to the high popularity of the application of information technology, enterprise leadership not this cause a high degree of attention, resulting in the automotive industry in the introduction of ERP systems, and timely commercial bills business process management into the ERP system, the cashier staff is still in the half handmade heavy workload continued to increase, which to staff error rate also increases efficiency decreased. Auto companies to implement the business processes of commercial bills restructuring imperative, but in the business processes of commercial bills included in the ERP system management before, not only the original commercial bills to adjust the business processes, apply directly to the ERP system implementation result, commercial not suited to the management of ERP systems standardization bill business processes, but will play a bad effect, the complete overthrow of the business process model must be the original commercial bills, and the design of new processes in accordance with the requirements of the ERP system, so as to ensure new business The bill business processes play a huge role in financing the support of the ERP system. In this article, I analyze the the automotive original commercial bills business processes drawbacks, drawing on the knowledge of ERP and Business Process Reengineering theory, put forward their own solutions to the implementation process reengineering, and introduced in the form of case studies Features of the new process, and hope that the auto companies with a way to finance commercial bills as a reference. This paper is divided into five parts: divided into six chapters, first introduced the background, significance of this study in the first and second chapters. Introduced the basic situation of the ERP, such as the concept of core ideas, and summarizes the ERP system in our country and the development of the Western developed countries, due to the standard requirements of the ERP system software, before the application must implement business process reengineering; (Chapter III) that focuses on business process reengineering theoretical knowledge, such as the definition of restructuring means, as well as contact ERP and business process reengineering; Part III (Chapter IV) This article is for commercial bills of the automotive industry to restructure business processes, the first to introduce some theoretical knowledge of commercial bills, as well as the automotive original commercial bills business processes and new processes are compared; Chapter (Part IV) implementation of the FAW-Volkswagen Automotive Co., Ltd.
