Abstract


Enterprise annuity system complements China 's basic old-age insurance in China in recent years to develop and advocate the \In order to adapt to the trend of population aging in China , to strengthen the standardization of the capital market operations , improve the incentives to improve living standards of the Employee Retirement designed according to the characteristics of the industry for the development of China 's IT industry , enterprise annuity mode is the significance of this study . Firstly, the concept of enterprise annuity , the IT industry characteristics and related theories to describe the use of regression models and survey methods based on analysis of the needs of the IT industry to set up annuity and motivation . The second section describes the domestic and foreign representative of the SME enterprise annuity mode , and a comparative analysis , come to our country to establish the Enlightenment in the IT industry, enterprise annuity program . Then combined with the initial selection and positioning of the enterprise annuity design principles of the IT industry in China , as well as China's IT industry which the internal and external environmental characteristics of China 's IT industry, enterprise annuity mode . On this basis , explore China 's IT industry, enterprise annuity mode , choose what kind of payment proportion for how to determine the reasonable the enterprise annuity replacement rate , take what the insured employees , businesses and employees to take what payment methods , as well as discusses the size of the payment method selection problem , and eventually established \way and pay scale , 23 \Finally, the establishment of the annuity mode , with our most representative of the IT companies -LX implementation of enterprise annuity conditions were analyzed , to draw businesses can learn from the factors and propose targeted implementation of countermeasures .
