Abstract


The oil has a very important strategic significance of China 's national economy and national security , strengthen our current resources are facing a severe form of steam injection oil thermal recovery and development efforts to ensure the rapid development of oil exploitation of steam injection is to solve our energy crisis an effective means to provide a strong guarantee of energy for China 's economic development and national security . Based on the strategic management theory and method , starting from the Chinese oil industry is facing crisis , combined with Huayou Industrial Company is currently in the internal and external environment , according to the basic processes of enterprises to develop strategies to explore strategies and methods for Huayou Industrial development the same time, I hope to provide some valuable basis for domestic companies in other industries . This article first reviewed the Strategic Enterprise Management theory , basic knowledge of strategic management theory , and to lay the foundation for the formulation of development strategies . Secondly, the internal and external environment of China 's oil industrial company carried out a detailed analysis , complicated external environment , the strengths and weaknesses of the Chinese oil industrial company in the same , opportunities and threats coexist , again , introduced the currently used SWOT strategic analysis methods , and the use of a SWOT analysis method to confirm the main advantage of the China oil Industrial Company , weaknesses, opportunities and threats , and developed a strategic program .
