Abstract


Throughout the enterprise strategy , logistics has become a point of generation prices affect the cost of doing business . Modern logistics as the organization and management of a state-of-the-art technology , is widely regarded as the important source of profits in lower material consumption , improve labor productivity outside . For a long time , China's oil enterprise logistics , has been regarded as oil field production assistant department . Immature development of enterprise logistics system , especially in the management of logistics costs have not been given due attention . In this paper, based on research and practice to apply theory to analyze the the Liaohe oilfield supplies company cost management case . The first part of this brief introduction to the background and significance of the case studies and thesis ideas are briefly described . The second part of the research, based on elaborate the basic situation of the company , the company 's cost management status quo , and the optimization of the company 's procurement business characteristics and the company has taken cost-cutting measures are summarized . The third part , under the guidance of the relevant theory , combined with specific practical and industry environment , cost optimization strategies for supplies company in the supply chain management mode , which offers some helpful suggestions for its meticulous management of logistics costs . And on the basis of the existing resources , introduced the knowledge of network inventory , and pointed out the direction for the company 's strategic development . The fourth section summarizes the process of case analysis , complete solutions in the macro . Supplies cost management through the analysis of the case , the new proposal , the proposal to draw on some of the other oil companies logistics cost management .
