Abstract


In modern society , the right to education is a concerned citizens for self-development of important constitutional rights . Equality of the right to education is also an important issue in constitutional theory and practice . In contemporary society , almost every country are still there are poor, they have low incomes , the right to enjoy the mostly still in the level of rights ought to be compared with the the social upper , middle up , they are very vulnerable , regardless of the economic or rights . To develop social , absolutely can not ignore the vulnerable groups ; to develop a nation , have to balance the interests of vulnerable groups . Education is one of the fundamental way to solve the problems of the vulnerable groups in society . Start from the citizen's right to education , the first analysis of the equal necessity of the right to education ; Second , the perspective of vulnerable groups to analyze the situation of vulnerable groups, the right to education and the right to education equality implementations exist ; Finally , the proposed path of equality realization of the right to education . The first chapter focuses on the right to education equality necessity . The first , the right to education from a constitutional perspective , the essence of the right to equal education . The right to education equality is a necessary requirement for the implementation of constitutional rights . Equal right to education of vulnerable groups in China and there are many problems . Chapter brief discussion on the right to education, equal implementation path . The realization of equality through legislative, administrative, judicial , and the full protection of the right to education . Momentum in education both support sustainable economic and social development , but also the basic requirements of individual citizens . Building a socialist harmonious society , education will play a leading and basic role . Education has a pivotal role in the construction of a harmonious society , to promote educational equality , the right to education equality and equity .
