Abstract


In this paper, based on introducing the theory of performance management, performance management present situation of changchun bus are analyzed, and points out its problems existing in performance management. In the strategic target, human resources present situation and the enterprise culture environment on the basis of the analysis of performance management, according to the performance management process, designed a set of performance management system for it. In performance planning stage, based on the idea of the balanced scorecard and key performance indicators set performance targets for the plant's performance management, to ensure that performance management and combined closely with the corporate strategy; In the stage of performance communication company regular meeting system is put forward and department levels of performance communication means; In the phase of performance evaluation, proposed in 360 degree performance evaluation method; Nodes in performance feedback, performance evaluation results should be applied in personnel decisions, organization, improvement, and employee personal improvement plan. Finally, on the company performance management system are proposed, the implementation of the proposed not only to provide institutional guarantee for performance management, but also pay attention to high performance culture shape.
