Abstract

Land is the basic means of production of the agricultural production, but also the basic material conditions of the development of the rural economy, its agricultural production and management is extremely important, but also related to the stability and development of the rural economy. Land system is an important part of the social and economic system in the rural land system is the core of the social and economic system in rural areas. However, in the long-term agricultural land reform debate, few people concerned about the cognitive status of farmers and real thoughts and wishes. Land is the best interests of the majority of farmers, rural land system reform and innovation should take full account of the cognitive status of the farmers on the agricultural land system and real ideas, respect the will and choice of the farmers, because the level of awareness of the farmers and the real idea is institutional and theoretical innovation is the source and foundation. In this paper, learn from academia existing research results based on theory and practical, qualitative and quantitative research combined Xinjin County, Chengdu farmers for the survey, farmers awareness of the existing system of agricultural land, evaluation and wishes to inspect and analyze. The article also build the Logistic model empirical research to explore the main factors affecting the willingness of farmers to agricultural land reform, and improve the rural land system proposed countermeasures, and provide reference and basis for government policy formulation. The main conclusions of the study were as follows: 1. Xinjin County investigation point system overall implementation of good agricultural land. But the survey also found that some of the problems, such as: land of varying degrees of adjustment caused by a lack of confidence of the farmers on the land stability expected; labor income, non-farm employment and other factors hinder agricultural land transfer, can not make the agricultural land to the scale operation focused . 2 the farmers overall cognitive level of the current system of agricultural land is not high. Overall, farmers' awareness of the agricultural land system and the current system of agricultural land arrangements are not consistent. Farmers ownership of agricultural land main cognitive fuzzy understanding of the extent of the land contract and management rights are not deep, focuses on the members of the collective land rights, there is a larger deviation of cognition and the actual situation of the land to adjust the main, that the village collective agricultural land has a certain influence on the transfer of operations and procedures, awareness of land value-added benefits vested in favor of the farmers themselves. 3. Farmers basically satisfied with the current land contracting and management system.
