Abstract


In October 2003, the Third Plenum of the Party put forward the scientific concept of development, Chengdu began coordinating urban and rural economic and social development, and promote the practice of urban-rural integration. In June 2007, Chengdu by the State Council approved the establishment of urban and rural comprehensive reform pilot area in subsequent Chengdu urban and rural reform meeting so that farmers have a shares Tin \ownership shares Cooperation. Land stock cooperative system reform in China is in the pilot stage, has not yet entered into legal norms stage, there is still a lot of problems in practice. How to solve these problems, and gradually improve the land stock cooperative system, has become a major issue facing exert its institutional strengths. Therefore, to explore and to solve the problem of the land stock cooperative system, to study the impact of the farmers to participate in the land stock cooperative system factors have important practical value. The references of the transfer of land stock cooperative system and farmers land impact factors research, the Chengdu-based field research, based on the analysis of its land stock cooperative system development status, from farmers characteristics, organizational behavior, institutional environment and cultural ethics analysis of farmers to participate in the influencing factors of land stock cooperative system; build a logistic model quantitative research farmers willingness to participate in the land shares in cooperatives, to explore new problems arising in the development of land stock cooperative system, a new situation, and make relevant recommendations. The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Chengdu land stock cooperative system development has achieved a certain degree of success, the Qionglai soup business model, the typical case of Trinity Township Five Golden Flowers mode. Affected by a variety of factors, Chengdu land stock cooperative system development scale, is still in its early stages. (3) Based on the above analysis, the implementation of the land shareholding should give full consideration to the wishes of the farmers to adhere to the principle of voluntary equality; farmers while strengthening cultural education and vocational training, to improve farmers 'cultural and scientific knowledge to improve farmers' willingness to participate; want to establish and improve land stock cooperative system itself the mechanism; through strong development of rural secondary and tertiary industries, the reform of the household registration system, improve the social security system in rural areas, and the establishment of good favorable external environment, so as to promote the development of agricultural land stock cooperative system.
