Abstract


The port city is a particular form of the city, is the organic combination of ports and cities. The city and the port are interdependent and mutually reinforcing. The development of the port will facilitate its relying on the city's prosperity, the prosperity of the city will also promote the further development of the port, between the two complement each other. Government as a department of the organization and management of the port city of Economic and Social Affairs, shoulder the important task of promoting economic development and the social construction of the port city of.
