Abstract


Flow economy and the Internet economy is the same as the new economy, mainly through the efficient, standardized and orderly flow of economic factors, and the flow of the process to achieve optimal combination of radiation expansion, thereby contributing to economic development. Flow economy is a suitable economic model at the Regional Centre for Urban Development, the regional central cities to the platform and conditions, of supplies attract outside funding, personnel, technology and information resources elements through various resources to the region gathering elements restructuring, integration to promote and stimulate the development of related industries, and the formation and expansion of economic energy radiation to the surrounding area and even further afield. Development flow can promote the economic consensus of a region's economic development, which has now become the domestic and foreign experts and scholars and government officials. Defined flow economy is formed in the practice of China's reform and opening up new sectors of the economy, the flow of economic connotation, theoretical issues related to academic circles at home and abroad are not yet clear, in-depth study. Research on the economic development of a region or city, the the flow economy's proposed to us to provide a new theoretical perspective that \The thesis space panel data for 1999-2006, 31 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China, the spatial econometric analysis of flow evaluation of the level of economic development and its impact factors. The paper presents policy recommendations, attention should be paid to strengthening the economic cooperation and the surrounding area; attention should be paid to improve the welfare of the area wage levels; reduce government intervention in the economy, to break local protectionism; strengthen transport and communications infrastructure construction; great importance to the development of the domestic market , and effectively improve the domestic demand; actively introduce new technology, improve production efficiency.
