Abstract


The traditional developing mode of domestic tourism focused on expanding. The suppliers always pursue enlarging the scale of tourism, but not offering various products and good service. Thus, there is lack of relationship in the tourism. That kind of traditional mode is not beneficial, but cost too much, such as consuming nature resources, destroying environment, etc. Obviously, the old develop mode is no longer agree with the growing demand and taste of consumers. The level of development of tourism should be upgraded, and the profitability should be improved.When it’s puzzled for domestic tourism how to solve the problems it faced, a new concept of holiday ownership came into the domestic market. That’s the tour property. Now, the study of it is not abundant, most studies concern the aspects of developing mode, management, problems and measures, etc. However, there is lack of study which analyzes the effect on tourism economy produced by the tour property. Therefore, this study has the meaning of innovation.Recently, following the increase of available income and leisure time of people, tour consuming has turned to vocation mode from sightseeing mode. Tour property has come into the market, which makes the change in people’s tour consumed mode and living style. More and more people began to focus on investing and using the tour property, which is the new energy to tour economy.The article firstly reviews the study of tour property, and makes a concept of tour property which is fit for this paper. Then, the article analyses the inner relation of tour property and tour economy. There are two characteristics of tour property, one is that the tour property is based on the tour demand and tour supply, the other is that the development of tour property is agreed with the demand of the two industries. The article shows that the tour property is the basic force which could promote the tour economy, and could make the change of develop mode. The article makes a detailed analysis for the thesis, which could be divided into four aspects. Firstly, the tour property could bring more tourists. Secondly, the tour property could make the benefit increased. Thirdly, the tour property could impulse the development of the relative industries. The last but not the least, the tour property could produce the centralizing effect. The article uses a series of figures, and cites the cases of Hainan and Shanghai, in order to make the demonstration more powerful. In the last, the article gives some suggestions to development of tour property in the future.The industry of tourism and property are all important in our country, for they all have high additional value with them and have close relationship with the other industries. The study of the tour property is not only beneficial to itself, but also to the other industries and even the whole region. The level of economy and the competitive capacity of the tour city could be enhanced by the tour property to some extent.
