Abstract


During the fast building small town,tourist industry is regarded as the most important industry to develop economic and accelerate townish process,these small towns are called tourist small town.The developing of tourist industry is based on the good service which is provided by infrastructure,the developing of the tourist small town relies on tourist industry.But the lack of capital slow down infrastructure building, that blocks the developing of tourist industry and townish process.So how to solve capital promble is key.In this thesis the infrastructure is the normal six systems which is confirmed by compared tourist infrastructure to small town infrastructure.Summarizing the typical financing model overseas,tourist infrastructure financing model and small town infrastructure financing model in our country.These will be helpful for finance analyse of small town infrastructure in our country.In this thesis author analyses current status of tourist small town in induction, advances rational financing model in risk analysis method which includes risk identification, risk evaluation, risk analysis.Risk factor can be recognized in risk identification method; Evaluating risk in risk probability and infection matrix method, so as to obtain these risks which are the highest risk grade; Analysing risk in main factor method, so as to find the main risk factor in the highest risk grade. Finally taking examples from France Model to advance building financing platform-parent company and subsidiary company.In this part discussing company’s structure,operational model,criterion of programs choice and criterion of evaluation and examination simply.
