Abstract


With the rapid expansion of the size of the software and information services , the software industry has become an important force to lead China's economic growth . While Chinese software companies have been expanding the high rate of turnover of employees of the software industry has become the most important issue to hinder software enterprises bigger and stronger . Therefore , the the study software industry knowledge workers turnover intention factors has a decisive role in resolving this problem . In this paper, five representative areas of software employees for the study, to explore the characteristics of knowledge workers , summarized , summary of turnover intention of influencing factors measured turnover intention affect the relationship between the factors with the software industry factors mold sexual knowledge-based employee turnover tendency for China's software enterprises to improve the level of human resource management , targeted to solve the problem of the high rate of staff turnover and provide useful help . First , existing research in broad terms , there is no finishing for a particular industry and objects , through a system of domestic and foreign research literature and summarized the turnover intention of influencing factors . Expert interviews and ratings preliminary research model , developed on the basis of turnover intention of knowledge workers for software enterprises the Factors Influencing scale empirical research to test the reliability and validity of the Scale . Secondly , through empirical research reveals the relationship between the various influencing factors and turnover intention , clearly the role of various factors on turnover intention . Software employees as a sample survey showed that a total of 23 factors impact on turnover intention of knowledge workers in the software industry , including 10 factors have a significant impact on turnover intention . 13 factors and the turnover has a positive correlation or negative correlation . Finally, studies the the turnover intention structural model and this model reveals the extent of how various factors impact as well as the impact on turnover intention to provide favorable theoretical support for the actual management of the software companies . In this study, obtained a complete software industry knowledge worker turnover intention of influencing factors model for China's software enterprises to develop a reasonable human resource policies , and effectively improve the level of management , reduce employee turnover rate presented a set of analytical methods and theoretical basis .
