Abstract


Residential special maintenance funds are earmarked for residential Total parts , shared facilities and equipment for maintenance after the warranty expires , update and renovation funds , it is called the property \Residential special maintenance fund system is surrounded by residential special maintenance funds deposited , use , regulatory and formulated a series of laws and regulations and the supporting measures , the system is one of the seven basic systems of the property management system , related to the people's livelihood important system . Our residential special maintenance fund system was established late in the legislation is not perfect , there are also many problems in the operation , damage to the interests of the owners , and hinder the healthy development of urbanization .
