Abstract

Weight function method simplifies the process of solving the stress intensity factor , an important feature of the weight function depends only on the geometric characteristics of the cracked body , if known the cracked body 's weight function can solve the stress intensity factor under any load . Economic development , the simplest way to solve complex engineering crack problem has a good prospect of application . In this paper, the weight function method to study the three-point bending crack ( open ) dynamic stress intensity factor of the beam under impact loading , the first selection of the uniform load and linear distributed load as two reference load them under stress intensity factor obtained Cracked Beam band edge weight function ; then , according to the vibration theory derived Cracked Beam dynamic stress response , last dynamic stress intensity factor formula derived by the thought of the weight function , and to study the dynamic stress intensity factor with crack length changes regularity. In order to facilitate the comparison of this formula accuracy while using ANSYS finite element numerical calculation . Were established in a two - dimensional model , a finite element analysis model of the three-point bending beam . Numerical calculations for the three-point bending specimen size , each crack opening displacement . The relationship between the different moments of stress intensity factor and the crack opening displacement can be obtained by calculating . And two numerical results the contrast established dynamic stress intensity factor is a calculation accuracy is better and easy way . Load loading rate of the dynamic stress intensity factor . Based on the current study , the article also depth study of the relationship between the dynamic stress intensity factor of the material fracture with loading rate . The computer program to calculate a few examples .
