Abstract


Modern industrial revolution , productivity increasing development and consequent severe ecological and environmental problems , in order to better solve this ecological problem , it conducted in-depth research . With the deepening of the understanding , awareness to solve ecological problems , ecological view of Marxism as a guide, to enhance their theoretical level , to find out the correct understanding of the essence of the ecological and environmental problems and problem-solving methods . Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China , put the realization of a harmonious society as the target of constant struggle continues to mature , the idea of a harmonious society , especially since the Fourth Plenary Session of the Party's 10th , my party for the first time the building of a harmonious society with economic construction , political construction, cultural construction put in an important position .
