Abstract


With the development of the logistics industry , the rise more and more of the logistics industry in China , and warehousing enterprises as logistics key link in one of the increasingly important role . While the rise in the logistics and warehousing industry , they face a variety of risks and insurance companies recognize , warehousing enterprises fire risk has been a concern of businesses and insurance companies . Logistics and warehousing companies in the event of a fire , it will suffer serious economic losses , but also a great impact to the state, society , enterprises . Warehousing enterprises , more and more attention to this risk . In this way, motivated the emergence and development of the logistics insurance . Generation of logistics insurance risk transfer for the enterprise , so that it can guarantee the normal production operations . The main content of this paper is to combine the characteristics of the logistics and warehousing enterprises to improve the existing fire risk assessment methodology , in order to be applied to the logistics and warehousing enterprises , reasonably quantify the the insured subject of fire risk , and will apply the results of the fire risk assessment warehousing corporate fire insurance rate is floating , the subject of rates and risk profile consistent . Firstly, the use of the RAC method to fire risk situation analysis of logistics enterprises , logistics enterprise property insurance rates floating model ; Secondly, the assessment of fuzzy variable weight method of logistics and warehousing enterprises to carry out a fire risk assessment , combined with the fire risk assessment of the situation , the establishment of floating model of the logistics enterprise logistics liability insurance rates , makes fire insurance rate floating objective and scientific , and provide a reference for the floating premium rate for the insurance companies , logistics companies .
