Abstract

Clean clothes, also known as anti-static dust-free clothes, is widely used in pharmaceutical, microelectronics, precision instruments, precision machinery, food industry, life project, fine chemical and other industries. Clean clothes requires not only the clothing itself should not be a source of dust, as well as the dust generated by the internal clothing and human skin has a certain filtering effect. In addition, there is an important role of clean clothes, is to prevent the human body to produce static electricity at work. Clean clothes used by businesses substantially through the embedded woven conductive fibers to improve their antistatic properties, not only the good washability, and can adapt to a low-humidity environment. With the development of science and technology, such as electronic products, toward miniaturization, integration in the direction of development, it is bound to put forward higher requirements to static electricity, continue to increase the amount of conductive fiber embedded to deal with, which will greatly increase the cost of affect the fabric's appearance, and a significant reduction of the surface resistance of the fabric will increase the current value of the release of the electrostatic charge, so that the body may be discomfort, even in the presence of security risks. By finishing the surface of the fabric covered with a layer of the hydrophilic layer can reduce the generation of frictional charge amount and promote leakage of charge, but poor fastness to washing, and there is a dependence on humidity. In view of this, the subject attempted to synthesize these two methods, each other, to clean the surface of the clothing fabric to introduce hydrophilic monomer, hope to reduce the frictional charge amount, and by means of the monomer itself and the conductive properties of the conductive yarn to achieve high washability and high anti-static performance to meet market demand. Consider the superiority of the low-temperature plasma graft treatment, the subject of this method is selected graft modification. The experiment was divided into two steps on the fabric processing: 1) atmospheric air plasma induced grafting of polyethylene glycol 200 dimethacrylate hydrophilic monomer; 2) drying the crosslinked to improve the graft ratio to further improve the its antistatic properties. Graft parts: 1) the use of single-factor analysis of plasma treatment process parameters, monomer concentration, photoinitiator and crosslinking agent the amount of fabric friction voltage. The results showed that: With the plasma treatment time, the fabric of the friction voltage is reduced, but when more than 5min after increasing trend; plate spacing of friction voltage and processing time have the same trend; argon was helpful to reduce the friction voltage of the fabric, but the cost is relatively high, so in this experiment air atmosphere; increasing of vacuity reduce friction fabric voltage, but the equipment requirements are relatively high, is not conducive to continuous production, In this study, selected atmospheric conditions. 2) using orthogonal experimental analysis processing process parameters, the results show that: the optimum drawn through data analysis and univariate analysis consistent; three factors, the plasma treatment time on the friction of the fabric voltage, a crosslinking agent followed photoinitiator smallest. 3) by means of infrared and electron microscopy to characterize the grafted fabric. The results show that: the success of the monomer grafted onto the the the fiber molecular chain, and to explore the principle of graft. The crosslinked part: the monomer concentration, the amount of crosslinking agent, crosslinking time and crosslinking temperature, voltage influence of friction of the fabric. The results showed that: drying the cross-linking treatment can significantly reduce the friction fabric voltage; monomer concentration of 50g / L, the crosslinker 4%, the crosslinking temperature of 95 ° C, the crosslinking time 6min conditions, the effect is the best fabric friction voltage is reduced from 487 grafted to 184 volts. Finally, the air relative humidity graft crosslinked fabrics antistatic treated fabric washable, moisture regain, whiteness and fracture properties.
