Abstract


With the growing trend of the world's population is aging, the problem of the quality of life of older and more attention. In recent years, scholars have quite a lot of research on the quality of life of older persons, the special quality of life of older age groups are ongoing, but the few studies on the quality of life of the widowed elderly. The troops retired cadres widowhood the mainly elderly retired cadres widow, has not yet found the quality of life of the widow of retired military cadres reported. Through questionnaires to understand the the Tai'an area troops retired cadres retired cadres, the widow of the quality of life situation, and explore related factors. Methods: World Health Organization Quality of Life Scale Chinese version (WHO Quality of Life Scale WHOQOL-BREF) Quality of Life survey of 159 widows of retired cadres Taian six troops retired cadres. The to utilize epidata2.0 and SPSS13.0 software for data entry and statistical analysis, statistical methods using analysis of variance, t test, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: 1. 96.86% of retired cadres widow suffering from various types of chronic diseases, are suffering from chronic diseases before 5 followed by high blood pressure, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes. 2 retired cadres, the widow of the quality of life of the four areas total score according to the percentage system conversion was 61.79 ± 12.07, the quality of life in the middle level. 3 widow of retired cadres the subjective feelings score and objective evaluation in the field of their own quality of life and health status score descending order: the social sphere (74.21 ± 14.53), the field of the environment (63.58 ± 13.53), psychological domain (58.05 ± 13.39), quality of life self-assessment (56.13 ± 22.45), the physiological field (51.33 ± 17.65), health status, self-assessment (49.84 ± 22.24), higher than the subjective evaluation of the objective evaluation of the quality of life of the retired military cadres widow of Tai'an. The subjective feelings of the widow of retired cadres of their own quality of life and family with a monthly per capita income, mode of living was a positive correlation, a negative correlation with age; subjective feelings of the of of retired cadres widow of their own health status and the prevalence of chronic diseases was negatively correlated with each weekly physical exercise was positively correlated; the retired cadres widow physical domain score was negatively correlated with the prevalence of chronic diseases and age; the retired cadres widow psychological field score, age was negatively correlated with the prevalence of chronic diseases, and the level of education, mode of living was a positive correlation ; the retired cadres widow social fields score was negatively correlated with age; the retired cadres widow environmental fields score was positively correlated with the family with a monthly per capita income was negatively correlated with the prevalence of chronic diseases. Conclusion: 1. Taian retired military cadres, the widow of the quality of life in the middle level. 2. Hypertension, heart disease, cerebrovascular disease, hyperlipidemia, diabetes and other cardiovascular and endocrine diseases are the main species of the Taian retired military cadres widow suffering from chronic. 3 main factors affecting the quality of life of Taian retired military cadres widow: age, chronic illness, income, physical exercise, and mode of living and level of education.
