Abstract


With the the propulsion and socio-economic development of the process of urbanization , to 80 after 90 \Distinct groups characterized the new generation of migrant workers have also gradually become migrant workers groups on the overall characteristics of the end-result of the history of this group is completely public and become the urban population , however, integrated into the process of the city is really difficult , study the fundamental reason lies in its failure to enjoy social security for urban residents can enjoy . System and legislation is not perfect and other reasons, the lack of effective protection of the basic rights of their Social Security , their strong public demand severely hampered because of the lack of social security , affecting the harmonious development of society , hindered the new generation of migrant workers is a public process . In this paper, starting from the basic characteristics of the new generation of migrant workers , the detailed study of the new generation of the people of migrant workers the status quo , Social Security status quo between the two associated relations , its analysis of the reasons for the lack of social security , and the new generation of migrant workers constructive suggestions to the framework of the social insurance system , the authors hope this article can give rise to concern of academia and the community on this special group of social security problem .
