Abstract

Analysis of the pressure for non-contact pressure measurement of pressure-sensitive paint (PSP, the pressure-sensitive paint) light degradation problem , the paper expounded the basic principle of the pressure-sensitive paint manometry discusses the characteristics of the pressure-sensitive paint photodegradation the sensitive paint photodegradation excitation light source parameters , irradiation time and ambient temperature relationship . On this basis , the the photodegradation simulation model of the the ruthenium probe pressure-sensitive paint , designed the basic scheme of the PSP manometry , and comparative study of several PSP sample photodegradation characteristics . Papers using 410nm and 473nm continuous laser as the excitation source , different irradiation time , pressure-sensitive paint of the the ruthenium probe under different temperature conditions and different time intervals the photodegradation characteristic analysis of the factors that influence the PSP photodegradation , and for different light the causes of degradation , compensation and correction program . The results of experiments and analysis show that the excitation light source wavelength is longer , the greater the energy , the lower the ambient temperature , the smaller the test interval , the optical degradation phenomenon is the more obvious . This is basically consistent with the simulation results . Thesis work for ruthenium Sensitive Paint photodegradation further research to provide a theoretical and experimental basis , to provide the basis for the further improvement of the practical process parameters and compensate system perfect ruthenium Sensitive Paint .
