Abstract


Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy and social development , and is the fundamental guarantee of the survival of the people and social stability . Agricultural development related to socio-economic progress , also related to the people's livelihood of the community as a whole . The family planning policy, the implementation of effective control of population growth , improve the quality of life of farmers , a gradual increase in the average life expectancy of rural aging issues began to show . Socio-economic development to improve the environment of rural and social development , industrialization and urbanization to absorb a large number of the rural labor force , thereby speeding up rural aging speed . In the case of rural economic base is weak , lagging behind agricultural development and rural social management , agricultural mechanization level is not high , the aging of the rural population , especially in mountainous areas of population aging on the development of agriculture and rural social management produce varying degrees of impact . Guizhou mountainous Great Plains support , limited by natural conditions , geographical environment and regional economic conditions , agricultural development lags behind in rural social management level is not high .
