Abstract


Student Village is something new in the new socialist countryside construction processes, the development needs of the times. Hiring college graduates to serve in rural areas, the CPC Central Committee in recent years, made a major strategic decision, it is to guide and encourage college graduates and farmers for the grass-roots employment, alleviate the current severe employment pressure, has a strong practical significance; also the improvement of rural grassroots cadres structure, training the backbone of the party and government cadres reserve talents of the new rural construction, push forward the rural reform and development under the new situation, the reality needs to consolidate the basis of the ruling party's rural . As typical of the country's population and a major agricultural province in Henan Province, the student employment difficulty has been plagued by the relevant departments of the local government. Since 2008, the Central Organization Department and other departments issued a document and notification, the decision to hiring 100,000 college graduates to serve the village of policy implementation five years since, Henan Province, local government attaches great importance to the annual hiring thousands of college students Village officer to the rural areas, and plunge into the tide of new rural construction. However, due to various reasons, the Student Village in the specific work also produced some of the problems can not be ignored. The study is in this context of Civil psychological contract and management issues arising. Using document analysis, interviews, questionnaires, statistical analysis and other methods, the preparation of University Student Village job satisfaction questionnaire, to explore the differences between the factors affecting job satisfaction of University Student Village and analysis of population characteristics University Student Village job satisfaction. Statistical analysis found that five influencing factors of China's University Student Village job satisfaction, in descending order: work return to their own development, leadership, management, work, interpersonal relationships. In addition, demographic characteristics variables also have varying degrees of impact of China's University Student Village job satisfaction. Xuchang, Henan Pingdingshan City is located in the Central Plains, a relatively developed agriculture. Xuchang City of Pingdingshan City, there are different the Xuchang City is a typical agricultural city, contrast, Pingdingshan City, the industry is relatively developed, especially in the coal industry. Therefore, choose the two existing common but differentiated region as a destination of the research, some representation, the conclusion is also able to explain a lot of places. Reflect the more concentrated the Student Village according to the results of empirical research and interview process, take effective measures can be considered from the remuneration, training, management, efforts to enhance the job satisfaction of the University Student Village to promote the health of the University Student Village team and harmonious development.
