Abstract


With the development of market economy and the deepening of the reform of the political system , the Chinese society is undergoing a major change and transformation , and various types of non-profit organizations came into being and flourish . However , a non-profit organization is not perfect , its frequent occurrence of the failure phenomenon has attracted the attention of the people . Civil Chamber of Commerce of the long-term course of their work , the author believes that the failure by the non-profit organization to solve , in the final analysis , required depends on improving the governance of nonprofit organizations . Governance of nonprofit organizations must first solve is how to follow the organization aims to achieve the strategic leadership problem , that is, to solve the problem of the governance body Council , which is the core and key nonprofit internal governance . In this paper, to absorb and learn at home and abroad on the research results of the non-profit organization Council governance theory , the use of the questionnaire and interview survey and field studies on the C -citizen Chamber of Commerce governance thematic studies . Start with investigating C citizen Association of Status and civil Chamber of Commerce of the Council governance status quo analysis of C -citizen Chamber of Commerce in the scale set membership , role-playing , and oversight mechanisms building incentives construction problems and issues formed reason that it is the existence of these problems led to the the C City folk Chamber of Commerce Council governance disorders , Finally, the first on the basis of the text analysis and constructive manner, both from the external environment and the internal structure of governance countermeasures of the the C City folk Chamber of Commerce Council , summed up the fundamental principles of effective governance framework for civil Chamber of Commerce .
