Abstract

Exist in the high-voltage AC motor drive system , such as insulation , power supply , control issues , people have been looking for a way to solve these problems . This paper presents a new multi slip thinking : multidrop low-voltage -megawatt permanent magnet synchronous motor . This permanent magnet synchronous motor stator winding is designed into multiple branch branch constitutes a separate winding dispersed stator current . The work includes the following sections: By analyzing the characteristics of the multidrop permanent magnet synchronous motor , combined with the permanent magnet motor design theory , given the multi-drop voltage equation of permanent magnet synchronous motor , the flux equation , torque equation The relevant mathematical expression . And describes the main features of the multidrop permanent magnet synchronous motor stator windings . Multidrop permanent magnet synchronous motor design program to design a 30kW , 8 pole, 8 branch prototype , given its entire electromagnetic program . And details of the value of some parameters involved in the design process , and the design process and design principles . Multidrop permanent magnet synchronous motor prototype 2D finite element model is established in the finite element analysis software . A state when all the slip operational analysis, prototype magnetic field distribution , the speed curve and the simulation results . And the simulation results of the prototype design . And different quantity and part of the branch of the different positions of a state when put into operation to obtain the magnetic field distribution of the respective states , the speed curve and other simulation results , theoretically proved the feasibility of a multidrop Thought . Design and build a prototype experimental platform , carried out a series of experiments on the multidrop permanent magnet synchronous motor prototype . Including the use of a static measurement method to measure sampling machine stator winding phase self-inductance and white mutual inductance ; mutual inductance between the slip self and branch ; motor load test measured minimum current prototype empty ; determination of the loss of the prototype ; the back EMF ; temperature experiment , as well as load experiments . The most important is that the motor branch switching , experimental results verify the multidrop dispersed stator current role , actually proved the feasibility of multi - branch thinking .
