Abstract


The end of the 20th century , for emergency treatment to the grasslands of Inner Mongolia regional ecological environment deterioration , building a harmonious society , China has implemented a policy of \However , the practice of ecological migration in Inner Mongolia in the past ten years to tell us that an ecological migration project to obtain good results , ecological migrants ' legitimate rights and interests must be fully respected and protected , on the contrary , not only the ecological environment continues to deteriorate , but also will damage social harmony and stability . This paper is divided into four parts .
