Abstract


Food safety has become a worldwide focus of attention problems , food quality and food safety gradually pay attention to the human society . Serious consequences for food safety incident caused serious harm to the health of the public . Therefore , our government should be food security governance as an important function . In recent years , China 's food safety events occur frequently , greatly damaged the interests of the people . Food safety has become an important aspect to measure people 's quality of life , social management level and national legal construction . Therefore , at this stage , to strengthen our food safety governance functions to ensure food security is an urgent task . I on the basis of the results of previous studies , the Sanlu milk powder incident , for example , the use of a new public service theory , the study of China 's food safety governance . First, an overview of the status quo of China 's food safety studies were followed by the status quo of China 's food safety governance , including governance institutions , laws and regulations , and government responsibility , and then found that the reasons for the problems of food security governance , through theoretical and practical analysis of proposed countermeasures to improve the level of China 's food safety governance , enhance service awareness, and the pursuit of the public interest , a clear government responsibility to establish a philosophy of humanism .
