Abstract


Hangzhou is a river , lake , river , sea , river pentahydrate coexist city , water is the root and soul of the Hangzhou . Under the new urban form , Hangzhou raised from five water coexist \Implementation in a series of initiatives , beginning in 2007 , Urban River Restoration and Protection and Development Project \the theoretical study of the morphology of the eco-city will have a positive meaning .
