Abstract


Industrial development is the foundation of social development, but also the largest source of pollution to the environment pollution, a long time to solve the problem of industrial pollution in all areas of the hot issues. How to control the generation of pollutants from the source the modern industrial focus, the emergence of the eco-industrial park brings light to this problem. Eco-industrial park as a natural choice for a new road to industrialization, has become China's third generation of the direction of development of the industrial park, is an important strategic step in building a recycling society, to achieve sustainable development in China. However, with the rapid economic development, the ecological environment of the obstacles to economic development is increasingly evident, and economic development is closely related to the environmental issues are increasingly a cause for concern. To minimize the damage to the ecological environment in the process of economic development, and improve the ecological environment, to seek the coordinated development of the economy and the environment, to achieve a virtuous circle of economic and ecological environment, but also has become a target of the eco-industrial park created. Purpose of the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment in the proper development of the economy, as much as possible the use of less polluting light production and way of life, destruction of the ecological environment, so that economic development can be sustained, while not the protection of the ecological environment and limit economic development. Most of the eco-industrial park in China with reference to foreign experience building industrial park development, landscape ecological environment construction of the industrial park does not get the attention it deserves, landscape ecological environment there is a lot of industrial parks in China is not optimistic. In a large number of industrial parks construction period, based on the principles of landscape ecology, landscape planning and design point of view, to take effective means of landscape planning and design to landscape ecological environment of the entire industrial park sensible planning, you can achieve the economic development of the industrial park and landscape balance of ecological environment in the development of the industrial park's economic benefits, environmental benefits and social benefits and win-win. The purpose of this thesis, through analysis coupled coordinating relations between the economic and ecological environment of the industrial park, to determine the status level, to explore the internal coordination and change the course of the coordinated development of economy and ecological environment; industrial park landscape ecological planning explore, seek industrial park landscape design. This article based on the the ecological industrial and landscape ecology theory model for the coordinated development of the economy and ecological environment coupled theory analytical tools for the study, the Shanghai Qingpu Industrial Park Industrial Park statistics and field research data to the original data, a comprehensive analysis of Qingpu Industrial Park, economic, ecological environment development history, design the overall framework of the planning and construction of the eco-industrial park ecological ways, and focuses on the economic and ecological environment of the industrial park coupling coordination, explore the industrial park landscape ecological planning.
