Abstract

The reinforced concrete structure is the most important in the industrial and civil structures , steel corrosion is one of the important factors that affect the durability of concrete structures . Corroded reinforced concrete members , the steel corrosion caused reduce reinforced 's cross-sectional area and the changes of mechanical properties , protective layer of concrete cracking, and the bond between steel and concrete changes in the performance of these factors affect the bearing capacity of corroded reinforced concrete members . Firstly, start from the corroded reinforced concrete constitutive of concrete and corroded reinforcement stress-strain relationship , and the bond-slip relationship between them , simulate rust unit selection , and according to the failure criterion of concrete analysis of the concrete structure stress fracture treatment and after cracking softening damage ; followed by the use of the the ANSYS nonlinear spring unit COMBIN39 stiffness changes the analog reinforced and concrete bonding performance degradation, and the establishment of four local corroded reinforced concrete three straight beam local corroded reinforced concrete analysis of curved girder model to study the different corrosion rate local corroded reinforced concrete beam flexural properties, carried out from the stress and strain of steel and concrete , cracks , the deflection change and reinforced with concrete relative slip aspects of the calculation results of the analysis , discussion ; Finally, starting from the failure mode of corroded reinforced concrete beams , analysis of the failure mechanism and process of the bearing capacity of reinforced concrete beams before corrosion cracking and corrosion cracking , established their own Carrying Capacity Assessment model . Corroded reinforced concrete beams and collect test data to verify the reasonableness of the assessment model .
