Abstract


Wetland Park has been many definitions , summarize and extract the main criteria defined wetland park concept , and introduced domestic and foreign Wetland Park Construction Status . This paper discusses the basic concept of eco-tourism , the theoretical basis of the composition of the eco-tourism system , eco-tourism , summarized and refined Wetland Park in basic connotation , characteristics and principles . \The contents include : (1) summarizes the Wetland Park -based eco-tourism planning theory that ecological protection theory , theory of recreation planning , community theory . ( 2 ) the the Wetland Park planning system based on eco-tourism , the four levels : planning level of analysis and evaluation levels , objectives and the development of the strategic level , support system , to guarantee the implementation level, and through Weishan Lake Wetland Park of China ( Tengzhou ) major cases of this planning system . 1 ) Analysis and Evaluation : comment on three aspects of Weishan Lake Wetland Park ecosystem , tourism development status , socio-economic status , the main conclusions drawn Weishan Lake Wetland Park development SWOT analysis for the formulation of Weishan Lake wetlands park goals and provide the basis for development strategies ; 2 ) objectives and development strategies : the main conclusions of the analysis and evaluation , established Weishan Lake Wetland Park as the guiding ideology , objectives and positioning , asked the three aspects of the ecology , tourism, community planning basic principle , and thus determine the eco-tourism in Weishan Lake Wetland Park theme image as well as eco-tourism product development direction , features and the main content ; 3 ) support systems planning : In order to ensure the realization of the goals and development strategies , from Weishan Lake Wetland Park ecosystem protection and construction , the development of eco-tourism and community development at three levels to start support system planning studies . 4 ) protection of implementation : Wetland Park management , community participation mechanisms , investment mechanisms , legislative and oversight mechanisms put forward in support of system planning safeguards . Finally , it summarizes the main conclusions of this study .
