Infringement of marine species on the marine environment caused by ships' ballast water, the Global Environment Fund (IMF) (Global Environment Facility GEF), is recognized as one of the four major threats to marine hazards. Hazards for ships' ballast water marine environment caused by invasion of alien species, the International Maritime Organization in February 2004 by the International Ship ballast water and sediments of the Convention on the control and management \Convention will take effect 12 months after the signing of the at least 30 countries combined merchant gross tonnage of not less than 35% of the gross tonnage of the world's merchant. As of December 31, 2009, a total of 25 States Parties to the ballast water treatment protocol, about 24.28% of the total tonnage of the world's merchant fleet, the imminent entry into force of the Convention. Various ships' ballast water treatment technology, ballast water electrolytic processing technology has become a two mainstream ship ballast water treatment technology (the other one is a UV-based processing technology). Metal corrosion caused by the technology and the ballast tank coating failure research is increasingly important and urgent. In this paper, the ship's ballast ballast tank corrosion and coating protection hydropower solution process to do the following research: 1) environmental factors affect the main content of the law include: static hanging piece experimental laboratory conditions the ballast tank corrosion, 13 ℃ -53 ℃ range, the study of marine carbon steel in seawater, chlorine concentration of 7.5mg / L, 17 mg / L, the corrosion rate of 28mg / L solution using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method of variation with temperature and chlorine concentration; electrolysis of seawater chlorine concentration of marine carbon steel corrosion were investigated, and combined with weightlessness experiments and comprehensive analysis of the impact of environmental factors on the corrosion of carbon steel law. Results: The results showed that the larger temperature increases carbon steel corrosion rate becomes faster with the chlorine concentration. 2) using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy method, experimental research Impedance Spectroscopy variation of coating samples in different concentrations of residual chlorine electrolysis of seawater, the equivalent circuit model, resolve on the part of the kinetic parameters. In addition, using the coating high frequency phase angle, low-frequency impedance modulus values ??characteristic parameters, combined with the open circuit potential of the sample changes and organic coating corrosion morphology comprehensive discussion of the corrosive medium diffusion law as well as residual chlorine in the coating on the coated layer failure mechanism. Soaked early coating absorbent uniform diffusion of the water, regardless of the chlorine concentration. When the solution to a substrate coated absorbent osmotic pressure, the higher the residual chlorine in the more serious corrosion, the formation of corrosion products the higher the concentration of salt solution, higher osmotic pressure, coating damage is more serious.
