Abstract

With the development of power electronics technology and AC frequency control technology , marine electric propulsion system has been attached great importance to the domestic and foreign ship design and research institutions . Ship electric propulsion system for the study, control system components - electricity power device (IGBT) drive and protection features of the in-depth analysis of the structural characteristics of permanent magnet synchronous motor system , the the propeller torque characteristics , and research of the automatic control parallel IGBT steady-state current , the establishment of a permanent magnet synchronous motor , the propeller torque mathematical models as well as the ship electric propulsion permanent magnet synchronous motor direct torque control simulation model based on PLC technology for ship electric propulsion automatic control system design , PLC and inverter data exchange via PROFIBUS-DP communication interface , and programming propulsion motor control pod . Using MATLAB / Simulink simulation software for ship propulsion motor starting , acceleration and deceleration , sudden sudden load reduction simulation , the simulation results show the feasibility of ship electric propulsion control system designed in this paper . Ship electric propulsion exploratory study done by the automatic control system , the inheritance and development of marine electric propulsion technology , marine electric propulsion control technology in the promotion and application of domestic help .
