Abstract


With the development of the economy , the shipping industry is also growing and have matured stage , especially in the current economic situation , shipping companies faced with various difficulties and challenges , therefore , in the case of earnings with little or losses , and how as much as possible reduce the cost of shipping enterprises is particularly important . Ship spare parts inventory is the larger an expense in the operating costs of the shipping companies , ship spare parts management as an important part of the modern shipping business management , has a very important significance . Ship spare parts management , configuration two aspects of ship spare parts inventory and ship spare parts to study . Ship spare parts stock , the paper first introduces several method to determine the amount of spare parts inventory , analysis and comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the various methods , and then fully take into account the long ship voyage process tasks , strength , more variety and quantity of spare parts consumption and other related factors , research methods , this method to study the operational reliability of the ship , based on the reliability mathematical models to determine the stock of ship spare parts and by an example , pointed out that the application of the method to meet the operational requirements of the ship and effectively control the actual significance of the spare parts inventory costs . On the configuration of the spare parts , introduced several proposed on the basis of previously established configuration of ship spare parts , spare parts availability configuration , this method takes into account the reliability of ship spare parts and maintenance impact of the application of the Monte Carlo simulation method derived the optimal configuration program . This method to make up for the conventional method does not take into account the influence of factors , and therefore better able to reflect the actual situation of the demand, more practical . And then this method is optimized subdivision will soon throughout the ship during the voyage , divided into rough seas and return in two phases to the research , the results of this optimization method is more accurate and practical ship spare parts to configure the program .
