Abstract


To compensate for past theoretical perspectives in India's nuclear policy and the lack of the Kashmir issue, this paper uses constructivist theory of national identity do these two problems rethink concluded that: India's nuclear policy with India's national identity changes in, and eventually established a nuclear national identity; India and Pakistan on Kashmir issue construct a pair of mutually exclusive national identity, while India established identity civilized country exacerbated this opposition. India hopes to join as a nuclear power nuclear club, interact with the international community, India and other non-nuclear states will distinguish between India and the other members of the nuclear club to jointly safeguard global security.
