Halostachys (Halostachyscaspica) belonging to Chenopodiaceae (Chenopodiaceae) Halostachys genus (Halostachys CAMey), highly adaptive for salt, saline desert is one of the main plants. Halostachys complex chemical composition, currently about Halostachys little research on antimicrobial active ingredient. This thesis Halostachys Alkaloids of a preliminary study, including the alkaloid extraction, purification, structural characterization and antibacterial effects. This test is first determined Halostachys main chemical components contained species; choose four different extraction methods (acid water extraction, ethanol heat extraction, ultrasound-assisted extraction and Soxhlet extraction) extraction of total Halostachys alkaloids and extraction efficiency was evaluated; through ultraviolet scanning to determine Halostachys alkaloids characteristic absorption wavelength; investigated by orthogonal test solvent volume (A), solvent concentration (B) and ultrasonic treatment time (C) three factors on extraction efficiency; studied Halostachys extract inhibited the growth of microorganisms; using thin layer chromatography analysis and mass simply identified Halostachys kind of alkaloid extract. The results showed that: Halostachys contain phenols, tannins, alkaloids, flavonoids, sugars, polysaccharides and glycosides, amino acids and peptides, saponins, organic acids, steroids and triterpenoids, a variety of chemical constituents of volatile oil . Ethanol, heating the worst, total alkali content of only 0.404mg / g; Soxhlet extraction followed by extraction efficiency (0.477mg / g), acidic extraction method short time, high efficiency (0.520mg / g); ultrasonic extraction method works best with a total alkali content of 0.993mg / g. Halostachys characteristic absorption wavelength of 280nm. Further optimization method, to obtain optimum process A2B2C3, i.e. an amount of solvent 0.5g/mL, solvent concentration of 85%, ultrasonic treatment time was 90min. According antibacterial test results, Halostachys antibacterial active substances in the total alkaloids ethyl acetate phase. Halostachys extract on Bacillus subtilis, Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus has a strong inhibitory effect. Ethyl acetate relative Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis minimum inhibitory concentration of 7.8mg/mL, on Escherichia coli minimum inhibitory concentration of 15.6mg/mL, illustrate acetate relative suppression of Staphylococcus aureus bacteria Escherichia coli is greater than the inhibitory effect. Total extract on Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis minimum inhibitory concentration of 31.2mg/mL; against streptococci, Proteus vulgaris, baker's yeast no inhibitory effect. By Halostachys total alkaloids by TLC and GC-MS analysis identified nine kinds of alkaloids.
