Abstract


Objective: Preparation of the surface of the denture base novel fluorinated hydrophobic coating , and its surface morphology and structure Characterization . METHODS: The experiment is divided into two parts . Be obtained using sol-gel technology first the organosilicon precursor heteroaryl film and its film surface morphology and structural characterization and then 1H , 1H, 2H, 2H - perfluoro heptadecane trimethyloxonium silane Add organic silicon precursor , the gel obtained after the fluorine - containing hydrophobic silicone hybrid coatings . Contact angle of the coating on the substrate by spin coating process , the surface morphology of the field emission scanning electron microscope , infrared spectrometer film structure characterization ; contact angle meter to measure eight kinds of liquids in the denture base surface , ultraviolet spectrophotometer, the film was observed layer transparency. Results: silicone hybrid precursor and fluorinated hydrophobic silicone hybrid coatings with smooth , delicate , smooth edges , flat surface . Infrared spectroscopy , glycidyl propyl trimethoxy silane (GPTMS) and tetraethyl orthosilicate (TEOS) hydrolysis condensation reaction fully , 1H, 1H, 2H , 2H - perfluoro heptadecane trimethyloxonium silane successful introduced to the precursor . Fluorinated hydrophobic silicone hybrid coating of distilled water contact angle than distilled water contact angle of the surface of ordinary denture base resin significantly improved by measuring the contact angle . The naked eye can see the novel fluorinated hydrophobic coating is clear and transparent , UV spectrophotometer testing of visible light can be effectively passed hybrid coating does not exist in a larger gathering phase , a good film-forming properties . Conclusion: ① through the sol-gel method resulting silicone hybrid precursor and fluorine - containing hydrophobic coating spatial reticulate structure is formed , the various components of reaction sufficiently and completely . ② a fluorine - containing hydrophobic coatings with good surface properties , film no aggregation phase , clear and transparent . ( 3 ) fluorinated hydrophobic coating for a variety of liquid contact angle were significantly higher base resin sheet . ④ fluorinated hydrophobic coating were significantly higher than the hydrophobic effect of the the rich pigment drinks often drinking Underpinning resin sheet, prompting the a fluorinated hydrophobic coating so that the resin denture base having a good anti - tarnish effect .
