Abstract


Objective: To detect obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome, OSAHS) T cells in blood of patients with CD69 expression and soluble CD40 ligand (sCD40L) levels to explore the T cell CD69 expression and soluble CD40 ligand in OSAHS pathophysiology significance. Methods: polysomnography instrument test results subjects were divided into normal control group (n = 20), mild OSAHS group (n = 16), moderate OSAHS group (n = 19) and severe OSAHS group (n = 21 ) . All of the subjects taken early in the morning after you wake up the day of peripheral blood T cells by flow cytometry CD69 expression , enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) detection of plasma sCD40L concentration . 9 cases of moderate and severe OSAHS patients underwent CPAP machine treat a blood test again in the evening CD69 and sCD40L. Results : (1) OSAHS group of T-cell CD69 expression was higher than the normal control group (7.99% ± 3.21% vs 4.36% ± 1.65%, P = 0.000), and with the apnea -hypopnea index (AHI) (r = 0.643 , P = 0.000), nocturnal hypoxia T-SaO2 lt; 90% (r = 0.608, P = 0.000), body mass index BMI (r = 0.564, P = 0.000) were positively correlated with the lowest nocturnal oxygen (r = -0.575, p = 0.000) were negatively correlated ; (2) OSAHS plasma sCD40L concentrations higher than the normal control group (7.14 ± 1.80ng/ml vs 4.00 ± 1.04ng/ml, P = 0.000), and AHI (r = 0.640 , P = 0.000) were positively correlated with the lowest nocturnal oxygen (r = -0.609, P = 0.000) were negatively correlated ; (3) OSAHS group of T-cell CD69 expression was positively correlated with the level of sCD40L (r = 0.496, P = 0.000 ) ; ( 4 ) to accept a night of CPAP treatment OSAHS group T-cell CD69 expression compared with before treatment (9.75% ± 2.93% vs8.99% ± 2.03%), but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.108); sCD40L plasma concentrations compared with before treatment (8.15 ± 0.92ng/ml vs 7.93 ± 0.50 ng / ml), but the difference was not statistically significant (P = 0.672). CONCLUSION : OSAHS patients with T-cell CD69 expression , plasma sCD40L concentration, and with OSAHS disease worsens , the change is more obvious ; OSAHS and CPAP therapy may reverse this change , suggesting that T cells, CD69 and sCD40L may be involved in the OSAHS pathophysiological process .
