Abstract


At present,China’s aging trend is becoming serious increasingly,the number of the nuclear families is also increased sharply which produced with the implementation of the family planning policies,the various contradictions in the traditional pension model and the tremendous changes in family structure is becoming increasingly prominent. If we don’t pay more attentions to the strategic and seek a proper countermeasures,it is possible to be a serious obstacle to the development of our countries whose social welfare and security systems in immature. From the regional differences,the aging problem in China’s urban areas occurred which is the earliest and the most seriously,and the problem of urban old-age’s security becomes increasingly serious,and has aroused great concern of all parties,the debate about old-age model in the cities aroused more and more controversy.This paper take the analyzing the theories of community support model to be the starting point,which leads to current situation and problems about the pension system, and it is also analyzed the necessary and feasibility of community support model was proportioned in China which combined with China’s current economic and social status. The result of the study show that the community support pattern is the best direction of China’s urban pension services to develop. Community support model is the organic combination of the social pension and the family supporting,the basic content is that community support pattern is undertook by the community,the spiritual care is undertook by the family,and the material care is undertook by the state,collective and individual. The theory and practice research of China’s community support model is still in the stage of started,where excited many advantages. This paper analyzed the statues and the development trend about the model through many ways,such as theoretical supporting,site visiting etc. This paper also shows that the suggestions in district of Dalian. It is also proved that this model is of promotional and strategic meaning in our country at present through the theoretical supporting and practices. Finally,it put forward the perfected model and suggestions to the existing problems.
