Abstract


Objective: to explore differentiated thyroid cancer (differentiated thyroid carcinoma, DTC) in patients with postoperative 131I therapy and follow-up process 185MBq ( 5mCi ) 131I diagnostic dose whole body imaging will produce thyroid tissue Stunned effect ; 2 . Investigate the diagnostic Dayton inhibitory effect of quantitative indicators . Methods: 55 cases of patients with DTC line thyroidectomy and 131I removal treatment, 3 months after treatment 131I the the oral the diagnostic dose 185MBq ( 5mCi ) using single photon emission computed tomography device (Single photo emission computed medication after 48h tomography, SPECT) before , whole body imaging , local neck and chest imaging , imaging the end of the day given therapeutic doses of 131I 3700MBq ~ 9250MBq (100mCi ~ 250mCi), 6.9 ± 1.1 days after treatment using the same acquisition conditions parts imaging. Qualitative analysis before and after the two images to determine whether to produce stunning in effect . If there are stunned , sub Stunning group and no Stunned group on the two sets of data were statistically analyzed . Quantitative analysis : sketch two images before and after the neck of residual thyroid tissue and neck sense of the background the Xing Xing zone ( Rectangular region of interest , ROI ) to calculate the value of Rx / Dx , use SPSS software in the receiver operating characteristic curve (Receiver Operating Characteristic Curve, ROC) to determine the diagnostic threshold of Rx / Dx effect on Stunned . Result : 1.55 cases of patients , 13 cases (23.64 %) patients with residual thyroid tissue appeared stunned phenomenon , and the remaining 42 patients were not observed obviously stunned . Stunned group and Stunning group, gender , pathological type , the number of patients treated , and the treatment dose imaging time and dose of treatment the difference was not statistically significant ( P lt; 0.05 ) ; 2 by plotting the ROC curve obtained Rx / Dx values ??lt; effect Stunned .1455 definable . Conclusion : 1 . Patients with differentiated thyroid cancer after 131I therapy , the follow-up process 185MBq (5mci) 131I diagnostic dose whole body imaging of thyroid tissue Stunned effect . 2. Rx / Dx values ??can be used as a reference indicator of diagnostic Stunned effect .
