Abstract


As early as 2000 years ago , Confucius once said \Through decades of reform and opening up , economic development , China's GDP has been the second largest in the world , \development results ( does not refer only to the interests of the economy ) cause every member of sharing , but the majority of the people did not generally share the cake of social wealth , thus making \development, social harmony and stability of the top risks. Western countries justice issues for a long time , and has a rich research results , especially Rawls ' Theory of Justice \In our society , especially the reform and opening up social justice facing many problems , with the economic and social development , social contradictions become increasingly prominent , we tried to find a way to meet the truth to achieve social justice road from the comb and contrast just thinking of the Western . The focus of the article is to elaborate on Marx and Engels just thinking and China after Mao Zedong , Deng Xiaoping theory of justice , comparative summary of the three essential characteristics of Marxist justice thinking is different from the Western mainstream justice thought . The difficulty of the article and innovation is fully demonstrated that the Marxist theory of justice apply scientific and practical to achieve social justice . And from a Marxist perspective to explore the way to achieve justice in China , especially in the context of the current economic development gap between the rich and the poor injustice, unfair employment , education , medical and household registration and other issues , from the material security , institution building , strengthen the concept of justice education , social collaboration , supervision and punishment of the four aspects of the realization of justice path .
