Abstract


Chinese Women's Basketball League , WCBA , founded in 2001 , although the women's basketball league has made considerable development . However, the development of the Chinese women's basketball , is facing a series of problems , such as the number of teams a serious recession , the active players , and the lack of backup talents , the club management drawbacks hidden situation , to solve these problems , it is necessary to Women's Basketball Professional League as a platform and carrier on the need for the development of mechanisms to carry more and have more vitality . In this paper the literature method, interview , mathematical statistics and logical analysis method to analyze the reality of the plight of the Chinese Women's Basketball League and response measures , the study results show that : 1 Chinese Women's Basketball League (WCBA) competition system , changes during the race , the race depends on the national team in international competitions arrangements , arrange training cycle . League system , schedule , race change over time , and be an impact player , club , league promotion , the club's operations . 2 in the last 10 years , the number of women's basketball teams and players cardinality no development or improved. The number of youth team has a serious recession . The Grade team building is not improved. League limited impact on the quality for the team . 3 women's basketball club more than a traditional system . Capital to improve the treatment of difficult club promotion . Women's Basketball Club social investment very few people, and society to a lack of investment enthusiasm for women's basketball . 4 league operation funded by sponsorship funds . 5 reported in the media and more limited to the part of the media team's home province or city .
