Abstract


Research purposes to understand the Yunnan Province Tumor Hospital Health Education in hospitalized patients to carry out analysis of the factors affecting the effectiveness of health education in cancer patients , proposed effective hospitalized cancer patients health education recommendations , provide the basis for the hospital health education model . PATIENTS AND METHODS This study was a cross-sectional survey design , using qualitative and quantitative method of combining individual in-depth interviews were structured questionnaires , some patients , 234 hospitalized cancer patients and 130 medical staff , has long been engaged in health care workers and management personnel of the hospital health education group interviews . Investigate and understand the patient Hospital Health Education acceptability and demand situation , while about hospitals and medical personnel to carry out health education activities with the status quo , to explore the impact of health education effective factors . Research results and findings (1) At present , Yunnan Province Tumor Hospital health education activities have been planned to implement and bear fruit , but in line with the actual situation of the hospital 's health education model and system is still in the build ; (2) patients to master the Cancer Prevention and knowledge , and gradually formed a health beliefs and health behaviors , increasing their knowledge of health needs ; (3) lack of specialized hospital health education , did not take full advantage of the power of the medical staff ; (4 ) hospital management and higher authorities lack of understanding of the hospital health education , support is not enough , the lack of a special fund . Conclusions raise the awareness of all staff of the hospital on the importance of hospital health education , strengthen the management of hospital health education support , increasing hospital health education special funds , the establishment of health education model in line with the actual situation of Yunnan Province Tumor Hospital , reasonable health education network , systematic , standardized to carry out the hospital health education ; implementation of personalized health education for the health needs of different patients , we continue to meet the health needs of patients , increase patient awareness of the disease and adherence to treatment , to promote the rehabilitation of patients with diseases and improved quality of life .
