Abstract

Extensive learning from other outstanding project mature training management system, establish one to suit the fencing excellent system. 2. Broaden capital channel, from society to acquire more support, gradually formed by national training, enterprise or club cultivation, the diversification of family cultivation trinity training mode.3. Adopt the "send out, please come in training mode, through and foreign high-level youth fencing coaches the exchange and study of the rapid increase in our country, the overall level of fencing coaches coach.4. Pay attention to scientific research, innovation, develop all universities and research institutions of advantage to deeply analyze project development regularity, this paper summarizes the successful experience of world better team based on to try to find out the advanced technology of suitable to China’s athletes playing.5. Perfecting the teenagers mechanism of talents training, recruitment of social capital, pay attention to teenagers scientific training, through a variety of training method of combining the means to improve our fencing backup talents competitive level.
