Abstract


The purpose of all the activities of higher education is to meet the social development needs to cultivate high-quality talents, training requires a scientific and complete training process, and every aspect of this process should be based on talent training scheme, which is both personnel training the starting point, but also the work of personnel training destination. In this paper, literature, questionnaires, statistics, logical analysis and other scientific methods in some undergraduate Sports Training training program for statistical analysis of status quo, while deficiencies in the current training program, combined with today's economic and social development on the demand characteristics of sports talents, make relevant recommendations. Survey: the employment rate, the engaged Coaches accounted for 1.6% of faculty positions in sports (29.7%), thus it can be seen, sports training undergraduate and graduate employment engaged in training goal posts have a greater difference. 2,45.5% of the experts believe that: training objectives with the current economic and social development needs of inconsistency, 40.0% of the experts believe that the existing sports training and professional development goals \The reason may be due to the school for athletic training professional training program of reform not enough emphasis on sports training professionals to grasp the information is not accurate enough market demand, has been in use the old training program, and therefore the need for further reform amendments to constantly adapt to the current needs of social development . 3,43.7% experts believe that professional sports training school for students humanistic spirit and scientific literacy emphasis enough. 85.4% of the experts believe that it is necessary or sports training necessary to achieve the diversification requirements of professional training needs in order to adapt to the current economic and social development needs. Overall, athletic training students 'general ability is not strong, resulting in overall quality of students is the main reason is not strong training requirements are too narrow, the lack of students' personality development and innovation quality requirements, training requirements are too single, diverse degree is not enough, is not conducive to overall development of students. 4, most of our sports college course structure too much emphasis on the development of specialized knowledge structure, while ignoring the comprehensive knowledge of the structure of the curriculum, course structure needs to be further optimized in order to change the traditional \\5, China's most professional sports training specialty courses are taught, but there are still 9.5% of experts believe that school sports training curriculum does not reflect special courses. Specialty courses are not only conducive to improving the overall quality of students, improve student interest in learning, while enhancing the competitiveness of students to adapt to society. 6, 32.7% of the experts believe that the current teaching practice arrangements satisfactory; 34.6% of the experts believe that satisfied. 35.7% of the graduates of the current teaching practice arrangements satisfied, 10.7% of the graduates found to be less satisfied or dissatisfied. Survey: 53.3%, experts believe that teaching practice arrangements should run through the first, second and third year trainee or internship centralized arrangement.
