Cognition behavior and intention behavior are two major parts of people’s psychology, which is showed through intellectual factors and nonintellectual factors respectively. Cognition behavior and intention behavior are dialectic, so do the intellectual factors and nonintellectual factors. They oppose each other also complement each other. Today, competitive sports not only challenge in skill level, but in contesting in psychology quality. The body condition, stress control, exploiting one’s advantages, etc could decide the results of a match directly or indirectly. Good psychology condition could help table tennis players face the match calmly to defeat the counterpart with good technique application. Therefore, to train junior table tennis players’nonintellectual factors is one key point. In order to know about the developing condition of nonintellectual factors exist in junior table tennis players in Hunan province, and the influence degree in gender, culture level, area, length of training years, athletes’skill level, etc. The research in junior athletes’nonintellectual factors in Hunan province investigates the differences of different athletes’nonintellectual factors exist in junior competitive table tennis athletes in Hunan province who play in different ways from others. The investigation is quite meaningful both for develop and strengthen table tennis in Hunan province and improve the performance of table tennis.Through junior table tennis athletes of the 11th sport meeting in Hunan province, I make full use of literature, questionnaires, statistics and logical analysis to investigate, summarize, analyze and sum up the conclusions as follows:First, the junior table tennis players’nonintellectual factors in Hunan province are in good conditions. Put them in the order according to the score: sports enthusiasm > achievement motivation > sports responsibility > sports self-confidence > emotion stability > sports persistence > sports will > sports anxiety > attention stability > sports independence.Second, the junior table tennis players in Hunan province have high enthusiasm in achievement motivation, athletic zeal, sports responsibility, sports self-confidence, emotion stability. While sports anxiety is popular, sports ambition and independence are seem weak.Third, in the hand of athletic zeal and self-respect, the junior table tennis players in Hunan province are accordant with the excellent athletes. However, there exists in lots of difference in the respects of achievement motivation, sports responsibility sports persistence, emotion stability, sports ambition.Fourth, the result of comparison of non-intellectual factors in different impact factors: the difference between man and women players’non-intellectual factors expresses in emotion stability, attention stability and sports anxiety, and that women are higher than man; The difference between the athlete who coming from city and villages is emotion stability, attention stability and sports will and the former is higher than the latter; athletes in different culture level show the main difference in sports anxiety, senior high school owns the highest, junior school is seated the second, technical secondary school or above lies the lowest; there are obvious difference in achievement motivation, sports enthusiasm sports responsibility and sports will among the different training year athlete. The longer the training year, the higher the achievement motivation and athlete who have trained more than seven years have the highest sports responsibility and sports will, who have trained lower than three years stayed the second, who have training year between three and seven sit the lowest; athletes who have the higher sports level possess the bigger achievement motivation and the higher sports responsibility, emotion stability, sports persistence and sports self-confidence.Fifth, specialties of non-intellectual factors of the various types of junior table tennis players: there are no remarkable difference in the non-intellectual factors between fast attack playing method and fast attack and loop playing method. Fast attack method players’achievement motivation, sports enthusiasm, sports responsibility, attention stability and sports independence are lower than loop method players’. Cutting method players’achievement motivation, sports responsibility, emotion stability, attention stability, sports persistence and sports self-confidence are higher than fast attack method players’. The main difference between fast attack and loop method and loop method players’is sports will, and the former is higher than the latter. Fast attack and loop method players’sports anxiety is obvious higher than cutting method players’. Loop method players’achievement motivation, sports will and sports self-confidence are higher than cutting method players’.According to the situation above, there are several suggestions:The first, based on the unbalance of the non-intellectual factors of the junior table tennis players, and the difference in sex, district, training year and sports level, reasonable means should be used to develop the junior table tennis players’non-intellectual factors in Hunan province.The second, scene training, thinking training and match training and so on are should be used to train their sports anxiety, sports will and sports independence, so that these can produce the best state in competition.The third, coach has to learn knowledge about the junior’development of their mind and body, and pays close attention to their psychological change in training and competition, and makes a comment and feedback in the end.The fourth, a comprehensive analysis of the emergency conditions of the different types of junior table tennis players in training and competition. Finding the resemblance of the players in the same playing type, and working out a right non-intellectual training play to intensify the advantageous factors and avoid the disadvantageous factors.
