Abstract

Combined with the characteristics of Sanda specialized strength training, the formation of a system's overall training system, in order to improve the quality of the power of sport to improve the athlete's fitness level, and ultimately improve Sanda athletic performance, which is for the coaches and athletes deep concern . Core strength training as a new training concept more and more attention to the sports world in recent years in competitive sports is widely used. Core strength training can enhance the stability of equilibrium, and links different parts of the body through the power of convergence and integration to improve power transfer efficiency, prevention of sports injuries, has a supporting role in sports technology. This study was conducted in Sanda core strength training strength training experiments to study the core strength training on the impact of Sanda athletes, trying to discover the core strength exercises strength training in Sanda's role and significance.
